The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information on their account and for the account's security.

The user is solely responsible for the text, name, photos, video, social links, contact information and other material added to their page.

Posting unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, rights-infringing or harmful content is prohibited.

If content violates these rules or a third party's rights, streamer.ge may restrict, hide or remove such content and, if necessary, suspend the account.

Donations and paid features may be processed through third-party payment providers.

When paying, the user or donor may be redirected to a third-party page or use a third-party payment form.

streamer.ge does not store full card details. Card and payment data are processed according to the payment provider's rules.

Paid plans may include additional designs, features, domain-related capabilities or other services.

Plan prices, features and terms may change. Changes won't affect a period already paid for, unless specifically stated otherwise.

After a digital service is activated, refunds are generally not provided.

If a payment was made due to a technical error, charged twice, or the service couldn't be activated at all, contact us and we'll review the case individually.

The site may use Google login, Vercel, social network embeds or other third-party services.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. streamer.ge is not responsible for their operation, changes or interruptions.

We strive to keep the service stable and secure, but we don't guarantee it will always work without interruption.

streamer.ge is not responsible for incorrect information added by the user, broken links, lost income or third-party service interruptions.

We may change these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page.
